Shipping & Delivery
Your delivery has two parts: processing time and transit time.
Processing time
We verify your order, prepare each item, and package it for dispatch. All orders are usually shipped to our manufacturing and fulfilment partners within 72 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
Transit time by destination
Transit time is the time needed to move your parcel from our warehouse to your address. Our standard service is insured and applies when the item is in stock.

Insured shipping
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, send us sufficient evidence and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. Every order is insured during transport.
Priority insured shipping
Priority orders are reviewed each day and the priority information is sent to our fulfilment partner. Depending on order volume, the estimated arrival is usually close to the standard delivery estimate. Your parcel remains insured.
Tracking and split shipments
Because our warehouses are in different locations, one order may be dispatched in more than one parcel and the parcels may arrive at different times. A tracking number can take 3–7 days to update with its first scan. You can follow the latest scan at 17TRACK.
Some destinations may take longer than the estimates above because of customs or local carrier delays. During high-volume periods, dispatch can also take a little longer while we complete the quality check on every order.
Shipping cost and duties
Available shipping methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Import duties, VAT, or customs charges imposed by your country are the customer's responsibility.
Order change requests
Need to change an order? Email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to update the order before dispatch; once it has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes. Please double-check your size, colour, and delivery address before completing checkout.
