30-day return window
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the reason.
- We confirm within 24 hours and send the return address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Once it arrives, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
Send a photo within 7 days. We cover the replacement or refund in full — no return shipping needed for damaged goods.
What we cannot refund
- Items returned after 30 days without prior arrangement.
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
- Orders lost because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
