How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed in 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 7–15 business days depending on your country. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Message us with your order number and we will update it before dispatch.

Products

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are chosen to be gentle, but everyone reacts differently. Patch-test on a small area first and stop use if irritation appears.

Do you test on animals?
No. We do not commission animal testing.

Shipping & returns

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries. If checkout does not accept your address, email us and we will check.

What if something arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery; we replace it or refund you, your choice.
